- Full name
- Job title or role (e.g. HR Manager, Operations Lead)
- Company name
- Work email address

- Pages viewed on this website and the time of each visit
- Referring website (the site that linked you to ours)
- General location derived from your IP address (typically city-level)
We do not collect or process medical, clinical, or health-related personal data through this website. Medical and clinical information is only collected when you visit the clinic in person and is governed by our separate clinic notice, the Magna Carta of Patients' Rights and Obligations Act of 2017, and applicable Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
3. Why we collect this data
We collect, use, and process the personal data above for the following purposes:
- To schedule and conduct a 15-minute corporate discovery call you have requested.
- To reply to your phone, Viber, or email inquiry.
- To prepare a price quotation for your company's healthcare services.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, if you arrived at our website by clicking one of our ads.
- To comply with our obligations under Philippine law, including responding to lawful requests from regulatory authorities.
We will not use your personal data for any purpose that is materially different from those above without first obtaining your consent.
4. Who we share this data with
We share your personal data only with the parties listed below and only to the extent necessary for the purposes named above.
- Our booking calendar provider, GoHighLevel (LeadConnector LLC, USA). Receives the personal data you submit when booking a corporate discovery call. GoHighLevel processes this data as our service provider under its own privacy practices. Because GoHighLevel is based in the United States, your data is transferred outside the Philippines for this limited purpose; we rely on the contractual protections in our service agreement with GoHighLevel.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics). Receives anonymized website usage information so we can understand traffic patterns. We do not allow Google to use this data to build a personal profile of you.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram Pixel). If you arrived at this website by clicking one of our ads, the Meta Pixel may receive a record of your visit so we can measure ad performance. We use the Pixel in aggregate-only mode.
- Our internal staff at CCDI who need access to your data to schedule, prepare for, or follow up on a corporate discovery call.
- Government regulators or courts, where we are legally required to disclose data — for example, in response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request from a competent Philippine authority.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with marketing or advertising networks beyond the limited measurement use described above.
5. How long we keep this data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any longer period required by Philippine law.
- Discovery-call booking data: kept for 12 months after the call (or after your last interaction with us), then securely deleted, unless you become an active CCDI client — in which case ordinary business records retention applies.
- Email and phone inquiry records: kept for 12 months after our last reply, then securely deleted.
- Website analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for the default 14-month period, then automatically deleted.
- Records we are required to keep under Philippine law (e.g., tax records, regulatory filings) are kept for the period the relevant law requires.
You may at any time ask us to delete personal data you have provided that we are not legally required to keep. See Section 7.
6. How we protect this data
We take reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your personal data, consistent with Section 20 of the Data Privacy Act.
- Organizational: Our staff who handle personal data are trained on data privacy and are bound by confidentiality obligations as part of their employment with CCDI.
- Physical: Paper records that contain personal data are stored in secured areas at the clinic with restricted access.
- Technical: This website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Booking-form data is transmitted directly to our calendar provider over an encrypted connection. Access to the booking system is restricted to authorized personnel.
No system is perfectly secure, but if a security incident occurs that may put your personal data at risk, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
7. Your rights as a data subject
